Terms of Use

1. Use the Services lawfully

You may use the Services for personal, lawful movie and TV organization. You must follow applicable law, these Terms of Use, the Terms of Service, and reasonable instructions shown in the Services.

2. Do not misuse TrackQ

You must not:

• access another person’s account or data without permission;
• evade authentication, rate limits, access controls, content blocks, or security measures;
• probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or introduce malicious code into the Services;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-export, copy, or automate access except through an interface we expressly provide or with written permission;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract non-public source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• impersonate another person, TrackQ staff, an app, studio, provider, or rights holder;
• submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content;
• use TrackQ catalogue data, images, or third-party content to build or train another database, product, or model without the relevant rights; or
• use the Services for spam, advertising, commercial solicitation, or resale without written permission.

3. Accounts

Use accurate sign-up information and keep credentials private. Do not share security codes or create accounts to avoid suspension. Usernames that imply official, administrative, or TrackQ-controlled status may be reserved or changed.

4. WatchQ

Watch and reaction controls are for your own viewing record. Do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports. Automated bulk interaction with show, episode, schedule, or recommendation features is not permitted without written approval.

5. FilmQ and shared lists

Only invite people you are permitted to contact. List names, notes, reactions, invitations, and report details must follow these rules. Shared-list owners and members must respect each other’s privacy. Do not use shared lists to harass, monitor, expose, or impersonate another person.

6. Reports and moderation

Use reporting tools in good faith. We may review, correct, hide, block, or remove catalogue items or user-submitted content, decline a report, limit repeated abusive reporting, and preserve information needed to investigate safety or legal concerns.

7. Intellectual property

TrackQ’s original software, interface, name, logos, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your limited permission to use the Services does not transfer ownership. Movie and TV names, artwork, trailers, metadata, provider logos, and trademarks may belong to third parties and are used subject to their respective rights and terms.

8. Third-party services

Links, images, trailers, metadata, schedules, and provider information may come from third parties. Their services have separate terms and privacy practices. TrackQ does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, subscriptions, purchases, cinema listings, or content.

9. Enforcement

We may use proportionate technical or account measures when these rules are violated, including removing content, limiting a feature, revoking sessions, or suspending an account. Serious illegal or security activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
